Infor CRM and Outlook
There are several ways that Infor CRM integrates with Outlook.

Your administrator must configure and grant permission before you can utilize many of the features of Outlook sync and Outlook Integration. |
- Outlook sync - allows you to synchronize your contacts and calendar between Infor CRM and Outlook.
- Outlook Integration - allows you to save Outlook e-mail messages as Infor CRM history items.
Before you can use Outlook sync or Outlook Integration, you must configure Outlook Sync and Outlook Integration options in Outlook.
